History Magazine Redesign: Covers

This was the assignment where I was tasked with finding an active magazine that was in need of a redesign and change it to have a more effective execution in the new design. I had chosen History Magazine due to the chaotic layout of the cover as well as the media that makes it a bit difficult to invest in the articles. I had done a series of three covers to show how they would look as a series with the new layout design.   

I had chosen an issue of History Magazine that had a story on the Templars since it was an opportunity to use their aesthetic to help bring the issue to life. This was the other half of the magazine redesign project where I had to redesign the very layout of the content inside the magazine I had chosen so that the content was better delivered to the reader.
